It is used by anyone who specifies landscape work, including landscape architects, designers, municipal parks and planning departments, procurement teams, and allied organizations. It also helps landscape contractors in the bidding process and supports industry education and training programs.

Order & Return Policy

Eligible Products

1. Landscape Training Manuals for Technicians: Printed manuals for written and practical test preparation in Maintenance, Installation and Irrigation specializations.
2. Designer Manual: Printed manuals for the written test and portfolio review preparation for landscape design certification.
3. Business Management Training Manuals for Landscape Professionals: Electronic manuals for supervisory-level certification preparation for Corporate Finance, Marketing and Sales, Exterior Productions, Operations and Horticulture, Leadership and Corporate Citizenship, Risk, Law, Contract and Government, Innovation, Strategic, Business and Succession Planning, and Human Resources.

Return Eligibility

Printed Manuals

• Returns accepted if incorrectly shipped or damaged upon arrival.
• Must be initiated within 15 business days of delivery.
• Manuals must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
• Refunds or replacements are processed once returned and inspected.

Electronic Manuals

• Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final once the product is accessed or downloaded.Refunds/exchanges only for technical failures or duplicate purchases verified by CNLA.

Return and Exchange Process

1. Email certification@cnla-acpp.ca within the applicable timeframe.
2. Include: order number (where applicable), reason for return, and photos if applicable. Upon approval, CNLA provides return instructions and address.
3. Refunds processed within 10–15 business days after inspection.
   
   *Note: Shipping costs for discretionary returns are the purchaser’s responsibility.

Non-Returnable Items

• Returns requested after 15 business days of delivery.
• Manuals showing use, wear, or markings. Electronic manuals once accessed or downloaded. Bulk or customized orders for institutions.

Exchanges

If the incorrect edition/version was shipped, CNLA issues a replacement at no cost upon return of the original. Replacements will be shipped within 5–10 business days of receipt of the returned manual.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
