  • Sample contract 

  • Sample warranty document 

  • Qualified professionals on staff; Landscape Horticulture Certified, Red Seal Endorsed, etc. 

  • Sample training program

  • Current year training attendance roster

  • Signed employee handbooks

  • Completed safety and employee checklist policy

  • Third-party confirmation of financial stability

  • Provincial certificate and workers compensation insurance  

  • Proof of liability insurance

  • Job-site health and safety management checklist

  • Reference verification (customer, supplier, member)

  • Proof of Canadian Landscape Standard (CLS) ownership
